Your tasks and shopping in Claude and ChatGPT

Dodo has its own MCP server. Once your account is connected, ask Claude or ChatGPT about your tasks, notes, shopping and spending — like “what's on tomorrow?” — and have them add a task or an item. You need a Dodo account with sync and Dodo Premium.

In Claude

Open Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector.
Enter the name “Dodo” and the connector address, choose Continue, then Add and Connect.
On the Dodo page, enter the code from the app and choose permissions.

On Claude's free plan you can have one custom connector.

In ChatGPT

Open chatgpt.com/plugins → + → Add custom MCP server.
Enter the name “Dodo” and the connector address, confirm the warning and choose Create as a plugin.
On the Dodo page, enter the code from the app and choose permissions.

Whether custom connectors work on your plan is up to OpenAI.

How to connect Dodo

Add the connector
In Claude or ChatGPT, add a custom connector with the address https://dodo.n3osystem.io/mcp.
Enter the code from the app
In Dodo, go to Profile → Claude and ChatGPT → Connect and type the 8 characters. The code works for 10 minutes.
Choose permissions
“View only” can only read, while “View and edit” can also add and check things off.

What do I need to connect Dodo to Claude or ChatGPT?

A Dodo account with sync turned on and an active Dodo Premium subscription. Questions from Claude and ChatGPT don't use your Dodo AI assistant pool.

Does it work on Claude's free plan?

Yes — on Claude's free plan you can have one custom connector. In ChatGPT, whether custom connectors work on your plan is up to OpenAI.

What is the difference between “View only” and “View and edit”?

“View only” lets Claude or ChatGPT read only. “View and edit” also lets them add tasks, shopping items, expenses and notes, check them off and change dates. Nothing can be deleted.

Will a task added from Claude remind me on my phone?

Yes. The task reaches your phone at the next sync — usually right away, at the latest when you open Dodo — and from then on your phone reminds you about it.

How do I disconnect Claude or ChatGPT?

In the app choose Profile → Claude and ChatGPT → Disconnect. Access ends immediately. You can also remove the connector in Claude or ChatGPT.

What do Claude and ChatGPT know about my data?

Only what you ask about, and only after you connect your Dodo account yourself. From the moment it's sent, Anthropic or OpenAI processes it under the terms of your account with them.
