FAQ

Questions and answers

All questions in Support
Do my friends need Dodo?

No. People in Shared Costs are just names, so you can include someone without the app. If you want to add expenses together, share it with people who have a Dodo account.

Does Dodo send money between people?

No. Dodo only works out who owes whom. You pay each other the usual way and mark the payback in Dodo.

Can I split an expense unevenly?

Yes. Split an expense equally between chosen people or enter an amount for each of them.

Is Shared Costs free?

Yes. With a free account you can share one with other people, and with Dodo Premium as many as you like.

How does Dodo handle leftover cents?

Amounts are counted in cents, and any leftover cent goes to the person who paid — so the total always adds up.
